1. Prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions accepted.

2. Prices include GST ("DLR ex" - is only for indicative purposes available under dealer login only).

3. Manufacturers warranty applies on all additional components unless otherwise specified.

Warranty On all components is 12mth from date of purchase unless otherwise specified

4. Product returned for non-technical reasons attract a 20% restocking fee on current pricing.

 Non defective products must be returned in

their original conditions and packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice within 7 days of purchase.

Products cannot be returned on the basis that the item is sold cheaper somewhere else .

5. The goods are to remain in the title and property of Fluidtek Information Technology PTY ltd until fully paid and cheques

cleared.

6. Freight cost and insurance are borne by the purchaser. If a courier is not specified - Fluidtek IT

will use the courier of its choice and cost will be borne by the customer. Fluidtek IT will not take any

responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit or postal service.

7. All goods returned for warranty must be tested and accompanied by an invoice and brief fault summary.Warranty is

void if warranty labels have been tampered with or removed.

8. Fluidtek IT will not accept any damaged goods caused by misuse (ie: Damaged pins on 775 mainboards sockets) or improper handling.

9. Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with items purchased from Fluidtek IT

10. If paying directly into our account please email through the deposit slip after depositing the funds.

11. Orders paid by cheque will be processed after cheque clearance unless agreed otherwise.

12. Backordered items are not shown in the total price and are subject to price change at the time of invoice.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Fluidtek it PTY Ltd and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales or as defined by the Fair Trading Act, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against Fluidtek IT that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

13. Please note Photocopies of invoices will not be accepted for RMA purposes without approval of management (original must be shown on request)
